The teaching of General Psychology is designed to provide students with a solid understanding of the foundations of human behavior and the main psychological functions (e.g., attention, memory, emotions, motivation, learning). Special attention will be given to applications in the motor and sports fields, in order to understand how human beings interact with the environment and construct representations of themselves and the surrounding world.
