Applying knowledge and understanding Identify nutritional needs and contribute to dietary and clinical management in pediatric patients, in preventive, educational, clinical, and rehabilitative contexts. Making judgements Recognize growth abnormalities requiring further evaluation and interpret clinical conditions related to metabolic, endocrine, and nutritional disorders. Communication skills Use appropriate scientific terminology to describe pediatric clinical and nutritional conditions clearly. Learning skills Integrate clinical and nutritional knowledge and apply it to different pediatric conditions, with the ability to further deepen topics independently. TEACHING METHODS The course includes lectures, case discussions, individual and group activities. Multimedia materials and resources available on AulaWeb will support the learning process.
