OVERVIEW

The integrated course 'Biological and Biomechanical Aspects of Sport Performance 2' includes several specific courses (Training Planning, Biomechanics of Motor Gestures and Functional Aspects of Sport Activity) and provides the acquisition of basic knowledge specific to each of the courses of the master’s degree in Sport Science and Techniques.

AIMS AND CONTENT

LEARNING OUTCOMES

Acquisition of the basic knowledge related to the individual modules, with particular focus on training planning principles, the biological and physiological aspects associated with sports practice, and techniques for the analysis of sports motor skills.

PREREQUISITES

Knowledge of sport’s physiology, training methodology and biomechanics of the sporting motor gesture.
