The exam result of each unit is expressed in the conventional range (18-30+), and the overall result is given by the algebraic average of the two marks. The pass the overall exam of the course, the student must pass both exams of the constituting units. ASSESSMENT METHODS The assessment of the overall course relies on the verification, in each constituing teaching unit, of the technical and professional competences that characterize the electronic system designer. Each unit fulfils that goal by means of specific tests and lab activities that highlight the student's skills achieved during the unit itself.
