AIMS AND CONTENT LEARNING OUTCOMES The teaching unit aims for students to gain a practical perspective on data processing pipelines, from data acquisition to data analysis, based on edge computing and NoSQL systems; gaining hands-on experience through a realistic data-centric project AIMS AND LEARNING OUTCOMES At the end of the course, students will be able to: DESIGN and DEVELOP data processing pipelines, from data acquisition to data analysis, based on edge computing and NoSQL systems, working on a real data-centric project. PREREQUISITES Basics of distributed computing. TEACHING METHODS Class and self-developed project.
