CODE 117645 ACADEMIC YEAR 2026/2027 CREDITS 6 cfu anno 2 SCIENZE E TECNICHE DELLO SPORT 11890 (LM-68 R) - GENOVA TEACHING LOCATION GENOVA MODULES Questo insegnamento è composto da: RACE PERFORMANCE ANALYSIS PTA-RACE PERFORMANCE ANALYSIS COACHING OVERVIEW The integrated course provides students with an introduction to the main methods and tools used in sports performance and match analysis, with a particular focus on translating match data and observations into actionable insights for the coaching process. Particular emphasis is placed on the observation and interpretation of technical and tactical aspects of performance, the assessment of individual and team performance, and the use of video analysis to support decision-making, provide effective feedback, and inform training planning and programming. AIMS AND CONTENT LEARNING OUTCOMES The course introduces the main methods and tools used to analyze sports performance, with the aim of translating match data and observations into actionable insights to support the coaching process. Particular attention is given to the observation and interpretation of technical and tactical aspects, the assessment of individual and team performance, and the use of video analysis as a tool to inform decision-making, provide targeted feedback, and support training planning and programming.
