Assessment of Adequacy of Personal Readiness

What is

The Assessment of Adequacy of Personal Readiness is the tool provided by the Educational Regulations to assess your preparation for the purpose of matriculation to the Master's Degree.

Who should conduct the Verification

Personal background checks are compulsory if you are an undergraduate enrolled in a degree course in class L-4, a graduate with a degree obtained abroad, a graduate in class L-4 (ex DM 270/04), 42 (ex DM 509/99) or if you have obtained a first-level academic diploma in design-related disciplines (equivalent to a first-level degree in class L-3 Disciplines of the figurative arts, music, performing arts and fashion) and have a degree mark of less than or equal to 99/110.

How to access

To take the Personal Preparation Adequacy Test, you must do the pre-registration so that you are on the list of students who must take the test.

Following this, if the test is successful, you must confirm your enrolment.

For pre-registration and the test, you do not have to pay anything. Payment of the registration fee and the regional fee is due upon confirmation of your registration.

Afterwards, you must confirm your registration.

How it works

To be admitted to the Course, you will have to undergo an individual interview with the Committee for the verification of the curricular requirements and personal preparation of candidates for admission to the Master's Degree, during which you will have to present a PORTFOLIO with the work you have done in the university, for personal or professional interest, or the final proof of the Degree Course you have taken. The format of the document is free and is intended to ascertain your general preparation and personal motivation, with particular reference to the specific content and objectives of the previous Degree Course.
The outcome of the examination will include the indication "admitted," "admitted with reservation," or "not admitted." This outcome will be published on the course of study website.

Where and when

The admission interviews will take place on the Teams platform on the following dates:

To be eligible for interview, you must pre-register online. If you are successful, you will receive by e-mail the code to access the Microsoft Teams platform.
 

To prepare you

To prepare for the interview it is necessary to take stock of one's career as a student. For this purpose, it is necessary to draw up a PORTFOLIO with the most significant results of one's experiences. The interview will be an opportunity to critically review the path achieved, the results obtained and the skills developed, identifying any shortcomings to be filled. 

The candidate is invited to consciously envision possible future developments in his or her master's education, including in terms of personal satisfaction.
