Committees and delegates

Course Council Coordinator

He is in charge of carrying out the functions assigned to him by the University Statute and the University Teaching Regulations:

  • coordinates the committees and persons in charge of Course of Study activities
  • convenes the CdS Council
  • approves the SUA-CdS, SMA and RCRs

The Course of Study (CdS) is equipped with a Quality Assurance (QA) system to keep the management processes under control.

It deals with:

  • compiling and updating within the established deadlines the Annual Single Form (SUA-CdS)
  • analyse and compile the Annual Monitoring Form (SMA)
  • edit the Cyclic Review Report and monitor the progress of the proposed improvement activities

  • analyse reports and requests from students, lecturers TA staff in accordance with the procedures established by the University
  • disseminate within the School the culture of quality of education and self-assessment
  • analyse Almalaurea questionnaires and other information sources (e.g. questionnaires from institutions or host companies)
  • analyse the report of the Joint School Committee

Teaching Commission

It deals with:

  • reviewing teaching facilities and student services
  • reviewing CFUs in relation to teaching load and progression across semesters
  • revise the admission requirements and the modalities for intermediate and final examinations
  • check the information in the teaching schedules
  • monitor the training course and organise it taking into account the needs of facilities and services

  • expressing the needs coming from society and the world of work and culture
  • providing an opinion between the coherence of the study path and the specific educational activities with the demand for training

Responsible for orientation to the world of work

It is responsible for:

  • organising initial preparation verification activities (Telemaco) and OFA remedial activities (Perseo-Teseo)
  • informing the CoS Coordinators about the enrolled students and their initial preparation status

Website manager

It is in charge of:

  • organising activities to promote orientation to the world of work (meetings with companies, etc.).)
  • creating a database with the data of graduates (subject to their consent) in order to send them job offers or interviews and to notify companies of graduates interested in a given position

It is in charge of:

  • updating and verifying information on the federated site
  • checking that transparency requirements are met

Responsible for coordinating class schedule and exams

It deals with:

  • organising orientation activities with schools and school/work alternation
  • organise activities to promote the school to the outside world
  • coordinate the reception and didactic tutoring activities for the first year

Tutoring committee

It is responsible for:

  • managing class schedules to avoid overlapping
  • optimising the distribution of exam dates

It is in charge of:

  • organising in-progress orientation
  • providing information and support to students on curriculum choice, compiling study plans, etc.

  •   promoting, collecting and managing proposals for curricular internship activities and any internships
  •   assign curricular traineeships and appoint internal tutors
  •   organise the collection of questionnaires and opinions of the institutions where traineeships and internships were carried out

It deals with:

  • promoting and coordinating outgoing and incoming student mobility through the Erasmus+ programme or other international programmes
  • promote the internationalisation of the School through outgoing promotional activities and faculty mobility
