There will be a further reopening of the compilation of standard plans (for those who had not completed their study plan by 31/10/2024) from 13 to 20 January 2025. Please note that students enrolled in the first year who submit a standard plan will not have to fill in the plan, but it will be automatically inserted in their career. We advise you to read the information contained in the Compilation of study plans, where you can find useful information for completing your study plan. If you encounter any problems, you can consult the FAQ or contact the Sportello Unico before the deadline.
The compilation period is set between: 1 September 2025 - 31 October 2025. The study plan is automatically extended in the following cases: late enrolment with late enrolment > from the date of payment of the enrolment and for 15 days late enrolment for master's degrees > from the date of enrolment entry and for 15 days who passes TE.L.E.MA.CO. in the third or fourth edition > from the day of import of the TE.L.E.MA.CO. results. (typically, the day after the test) and for 15 days. who enrols in courses with a programmed number of students following a change in the ranking list for 15 days. first-year language students who must choose their language > 15 days For students of the old system who intend to resume their studies years later, it is advisable to continue them in the degree course of the old system only if the degree examination or 1/2 exams are missing. In other cases, it is instead advisable to resume studies in the course, directing the student to opt for the new system. Checking and transferring the curriculum Depending on whether a study plan conforms to the manifesto or does not conform to the manifesto (e.g. for the insertion of elective training activities not provided for in UniGeDidattica....), the procedure requires different checks and reversals. Study plans confirmed by students: if they conform to the manifesto (Standard)they do not require checks and are transferred to the career automatically every day;. if they do not conform to the manifesto they are poured into careers after a check and approval in the programme by the delegated Coordinators/Lecturers with the administrative support of the authorised persons; on this type of plan periodically provide for a check and do not wait for the deadline of 31 October in order to distribute the approvals. In the case ofrequests for recognition of previous careers (passages, transfers...) or partial times the study plan will be poured into the career after approval in the programme by the Coordinators/Delegated Lecturers with the administrative support of the authorised ones will take place after deliberation by the CCS..
