Presentation
The course enables students to acquire the foundations of a solid legal culture through knowledge of fundamental legal fields and the techniques of reasoning, argumentation and interpretation in the legal field.
Students are provided with the technical and cultural tools essential for a lawyer to operate professionally in a competitive manner not only at the national level, but also at the European and international levels.
Learning by doing
Theoretical knowledge finds application during in-depth study and seminar activities organized as part of individual teachings, also with the involvement of qualified external professionals.
Through internships at private and public facilities, students can test their knowledge and acquire new practical-application skills.
Professional outlets
The master's degree prepares first and foremost for the practice of the professions of magistrate, lawyer, notary.

The didactic system of the Master of Science in Law degree program pays special attention to the methodological training, as well as the content, of the future jurist.
It is composed of the following scientific and educational fields: civil, comparative, commercial, labor, constitutional, administrative, economic-financial, international and communitarian, criminal, procedural, Romanistic, legal-historical, philosophical-legal, and social theory.
The primary objective is to provide graduates with:
- solid ability to analyze and interpret legal norms and ability to set up in written and oral form the relevant lines of reasoning and argumentation
- deep knowledge of the fundamental areas of the different legal systems and technical and cultural tools of comparison to operate at the community and international levels.
