The course in brief Presentation The course provides the foundations of a sound legal culture through knowledge of fundamental legal fields and the techniques of reasoning, argumentation and interpretation in the legal field. Students are provided with the technical and cultural tools that are indispensable for a jurist to operate professionally and competitively not only on a national, but also on a European and international level. Learning by doing Theoretical knowledge is applied during the in-depth study and seminar activities organised as part of the individual courses, also with the involvement of qualified external professionals. Through work placements in private and public facilities, students can test their knowledge and acquire new practical-application skills. Professional outlets The master's degree prepares first and foremost for the exercise of the professions of magistrate, lawyer, notary.
