The course in brief

Presentation

The course aims to train a professional profile strongly oriented:

.
  • to organizational innovation and change governance of complex, predominantly public organizations
  • to innovation and quality improvement of personal services of private (profit and nonprofit) institutions and service enterprises.

The training course is attendable for possible student-workers.

Learning by doing

There is a mandatory internship in a public or private company, organized in an accessible form even for students who are already working. The internship aims to maximize the relationship between the formative moment and the application moment of the acquired knowledge, through targeted projects shared between academic tutor and company tutor.

Professional outlets

Graduates in the course of study are placed in the sphere of administration both public (at all territorial levels) and private (private service companies, social enterprises, nonprofit organizations) by assuming roles of coordinating decision-making and organizational processes (after acquiring suitable experience in the field).

Contents

The transformation of public administration

The outgoing professional profile is attuned to the need for transformation of public administrations, related to their reconfiguration on the management level, the adoption of innovative organizational modes, and the changed ways of dealing with citizens, users, social groups and businesses.

The graduates are able to intervene within complex organizations in an innovative manner, managing the implications related to the action of change, through the development of strategies of governance.

Soft skills

The educational pathway develops and consolidates:

  • the autonomy and critical ability, systemizing knowledge belonging to multiple disciplinary areas
  • the communicative skills in written and oral form, including through multimedia tools and in differentiated communicative contexts
  • the capacity for self-managed and continuous learning even within non-formal and informal contexts.

The in-depth study of the computer skills specific to the field of reference of the course is planned in order to reduce the gaps between the study experience and entry into the world of work.
Any study and internship experience abroad is valued.
