The course aims to train a professional profile strongly oriented:
.- to organizational innovation and change governance of complex, predominantly public organizations
- to innovation and quality improvement of personal services of private (profit and nonprofit) institutions and service enterprises.
The training course is attendable for possible student-workers.
Learning by doing
There is a mandatory internship in a public or private company, organized in an accessible form even for students who are already working. The internship aims to maximize the relationship between the formative moment and the application moment of the acquired knowledge, through targeted projects shared between academic tutor and company tutor.

The graduates are able to intervene within complex organizations in an innovative manner, managing the implications related to the action of change, through the development of strategies of governance.

The educational pathway develops and consolidates:
