AIMS AND CONTENT AIMS AND LEARNING OUTCOMES 1. Knowledge and understanding Students must adequate knowledge and ability to effectively understanding of the organizational and managerial characteristics of the company in general, travel companies (tour operators and retailers), the hotel receptive businesses, non-hotel vusinesses and aggregation events, with particular regard to the conressional events. 2. Ability to apply knowledge and understanding Students must be able to apply the knowledge gained by identifying and interpreting the typical management made, particularly with to their impact on corporate wealth understood in terms of assets and income. 3. Making judgments Students must know how to use both at the conceptual level and at the operational knowledge gained self-evaluation skills in different applications contexts. 4. communications skills Students must acquire the typical discipline technical language to communicate clearly and unambiguously with both specialista and non-specialist. 5. Learning skills Students need to develop appropriate learning skills to allow them to continue to independently investigate major issues of discipline especially in the workplace in which will operate. Hotels and other accomodation facilities: organization, management and control. Cruise companies: organization, management and control.
