The legislation in the field of cultural heritage provides a necessary and satisfactory juridical knowledge to understand the aspects of cultural heritage's special right to be looked into.
"Legislation of cultural heritage" gives students an overall view of the subject of cultural and landscape heritage in accordance to the Legislative Decree n.42/2004, as subsequently amended and supplemented. It also provides the needed prerequisites to focus on the framework over the years, opening to comparative studies and international and Community's jurisdiction.
Particularly, we start from the Bottai Law n°1089 dated 01-06-1939, on protection of cultural heritage, and the Law n°1497 dated 29-06-1939, on protection of natural heritage.
