AIMS AND CONTENT LEARNING OUTCOMES "Legislation of cultural heritage" gives students an overall view of the subject of cultural and landscape heritage in accordance to the Legislative Decree n.42/2004, as subsequently amended and supplemented. It also provides the needed prerequisites to focus on the framework over the years, opening to comparative studies and international and Community's jurisdiction.
