The course consists of two modules: i) Methods for Corporate Finance and ii) Financial Engineering. The first module analyzes the techniques for evaluating the investment choices of companies and the available financing instruments; the second module presents the models that describe the dynamics of the investment instruments of companies, or financial securities, from the point of view of the investor.
