The aim of the course is to provide legal and technical instruments in order to arrange properly a project proposal and develop and manage it in the shipping field at national, international and European levels. This course proposes, after an overview of the E.U. to give a practical approach where to find a call for proposal and how to build a partnership consortium. The students will acquire the needed skills in order to write a project proposal in a goal-oriented way, implement the project and manage its entire life-cycle including project budget. External experts and project managers who will share their experience will be invited.
