Theoretical and practical start-up of three team sports: basketball, volleyball and rugby.
Knowledge of the technical, operational and regulatory bases of the four team sports: volleyball, basketball, football and rugby.
Acquisition of skills related to the four team sports: understanding and acquisition of the dynamics underlying the individual activities.

The courses are structured for each sport:
10 hours of theory held at the Savona University Campus dedicated to knowledge of the rules, in-depth study of issues related to the game, knowledge of psychological, physiological and technical aspects of the activity.
20 hours of practical laboratory activity (held at different sports facilities) dedicated to field exercises and the creation of teaching progressions related to the individual fundamentals.

The soccer and volleyball disciplines will take place in the 1st semester (October).
The basketball and rugby disciplines will take place in the 2nd semester (March).
The exam methods are different in relation to the sporting activity.
- rugby: written questionnaire
- basketball: written questionnaire plus practical internship test
- volleyball: exam with oral interview
- soccer: (to be defined)
Students with valid certifications for Specific Learning Disorders (DSA), for disabilities or other educational needs, are invited to contact the Teacher and the School/Department disability contact person at the beginning of the course to agree on any teaching methods that, in compliance with the teaching objectives, take into account individual learning methods.
The exam tests will tend to ascertain the actual deepening and internalization of the proposed contents and the stabilization of the concepts.
In particular, the ability of the students to propose activities in relation to the age groups, the compatibility with any situations of psycho-motor disadvantage, the ability to modulate technical elements in relation to the situation and age of the recipients of the proposals will be ascertained.
