AIMS AND CONTENT AIMS AND LEARNING OUTCOMES Students should gain adequate knowledge of the institutional aspects of the subject and became able to use that knowledge to solve practical problems related to various aspects of commercial law, in order to develop a critical study, able to consider interpretation and jurisprudence. In addition students should acquire the technical language which is typical of the subject to be able to communicate clearly and unambiguously with both specialist and non specialist of the subject. They also should reach appropriate skills to allow them to investigate on their own major issues of the discipline in their future workplace (whichever it will be). TEACHING METHODS Frontal lectures. SYLLABUS/CONTENT The juridical figure of the entrepreneur and its regulation (historical development, legal definition, requirements, categories, tools used and competition discipline). Corporations.
