Course description
The course is about business law and company law
The course aims at providing a general knowledge of principles and rules of commercial and corporate law, and at helping the students to develop a critical approach to regulation, taking into account the contributions of the legal scholarship, the decisions of the Courts and the economic and social impact of regulation.
The purpose of the course is to give the students a full picture of the regulation of the entrepreneur who runs the business either alone as well as through enterprises, letting further detailed analysis to other specialized courses available in the Department
Frontal lectures
Students with certification of disability, specific learning disorders (DSA), or special educational needs should contact, at the beginning of the course, both the instructor and the Department’s disability liaison, Prof.ssa Elena Lagomarsino (elena.lagomarsino@unige.it) to agree on teaching and examination arrangements that, while respecting the objectives of the teaching unit, take into account individual learning needs and allow the use of compensatory tools if necessary.
