It also addresses accounting tools to support managerial decisions and strategy implementation. AIMS AND CONTENT LEARNING OUTCOMES The cluster is designed to equip students with a comprehensive understanding of managerial principles within the dynamic context of energy and environmental transitions. It aims to foster advanced strategic thinking skills essential for effective decision-making in complex business environments by presenting the key strategies that companies may adopt.
