In the module "FLUVIAL HYDRAULICS AND MORPHODYNAMICS", the non-tidal case is considered and the basic principles for the evaluation of sediment transport and riverbed evolution are formulated. The module "TIDAL ECO-MORPHODYNAMICS" focuses on the tidal case and the general processes involved in the morphodynamics and eco-morphodynamics of lagoons and estuaries will be considered.
