Committees and delegates

Course Council Coordinator

It deals with:

  • convokes and coordinates the commissions and those responsible for the various activities of the CoS and also communicates the results
  • .
  • convokes the Council, for which it handles relations with internal members
  • .
  • analyse the report of the School Joint Committee and bring the outcome of its review to the CCS
  • analysing all the questionnaires and verifying that the teaching forms are correctly filled in
  • .
  • organise initial preparation verification activities
  • .
  • evaluate teaching programmes and that they do not overlap
  • .
  • propose improvement initiatives to the school
  • organise orientation activities and those promoting the degree course
  • .
  • organise remedial activities for OFAs
  • .

The Course of Study (CdS) is equipped with a Quality Assurance (QA) system to keep the management processes under control.

Course QA Committee

It deals with:

  • compiling and updating the Annual Single Form (SUA-CdS)
  • within the established deadlines
  • analysing and compiling the Annual Monitoring Form (SMA)
  • .
  • edit the Cyclic Review Report (RCR) and monitor the progress of the proposed improvement activities
  • .
  • analysing reports and requests from students, lecturers, TA staff in accordance with the procedures established by the University
  • disseminate the culture of the quality of training and self-assessment
  • within the CSD
  • analyse the teaching evaluation questionnaires, the evaluation questionnaires of the whole degree course, the Almalaurea questionnaires and other sources of information (e.g. questionnaires from organisations or companies hosting students on work experience placements)
  • .

Steering Committee

It deals with:

  • expressing the needs coming from society and the world of work and culture
  • providing an opinion between the coherence of the study pathway and specific training activities with the demand for training
  • design initiatives for the training offer
  • strengthen the link between the university and companies operating in the area
  • encourage the entry of graduates into the world of work, also through the identification of the skills required (e.g. soft skills)
  • express the needs coming from society and the world of work and culture
  • provide an opinion between the coherence of the study pathway and of the specific training activities with the demand for training
  • verify the updating of the professional outlets of the degree course

Orientation and tutoring commission

It deals with:

  • organising orientation activities with schools and alternating school/work, in coordination with the School Orientation Delegate and the University Orientation Sector
  • organise the external promotion of the degree course

  • coordinate the activities of reception tutoring and didactic tutoring
  • .
  • coordinate on-going tutoring activities, in particular the monitoring of the careers of students in the degree course through a person in charge

Head of International Relations

It deals with:

  •  promoting and coordinating outgoing and incoming student mobility through the Erasmus+ programme or other international programmes
  •  promote the internationalisation of the degree course abroad and the mobility of lecturers

Delegate for Traineeships

It deals with:

  • accompanying students and graduates to the world of work

Responsible for the website

It deals with:

  • .

    updating and verifying the information on the study course website together with the QA Commission and an internal QA Working Group

  • check that the transparency requirements are met

Responsible for Departmental Quality Assurance (RAQ)


Verifies the correct filling in of the SMA and forwards to the bodies involved (PQA and School QA Commission).
