Course Council Coordinator It deals with: performing all the functions assigned by the University Statute and the University Teaching Regulations convene the Study Course Council (CCS) and submit for approval the Single Annual Study Course Outline (SUA-CdS), the documents relating to the 5 processes of the Annual Monitoring (MA) envisaged by ANVUR, the Cyclic Review Report (RRC) report to the ACS the results of all the activities carried out by the Commissions and the various activity managers. revise periodically, in agreement with the colleagues of the scientific disciplinary sectors involved and in consultation with the Students' Representatives, the educational pathway on the basis of the data and indications deriving from the monitoring activities and organise its provision, also taking into account the needs of structures and services in agreement with the Director of the Department of Architecture and Design (DAD) coordinate the committees and those responsible for the activities of the CdS revise periodically, in agreement with colleagues in the scientific disciplinary fields involved and in consultation with the Student Representatives, the training course on the basis of data and indications from monitoring activities and organize its delivery, also taking into account the needs of facilities and services in agreement with the Director of DAD The Course of Study is equipped with a Quality Assurance (QA) system to keep the management processes under control. The Degree Course operates with and within the structures and organisational arrangements of the Department of Architecture and Design to which the following functions are entrusted: Course of Study QA Committee identify training demand and training objectives develop the training pathway It deals with: compiling and updating the Annual Single Form (SUA-CdS) within the established deadlines managing the annual monitoring activity of the CdS and drafting the documents relating to the 5 analysis processes envisaged by ANVUR edit the Cyclical Review Report and monitor the progress of the proposed improvement activities analysing reports and requests from students, lecturers, TA staff in accordance with the procedures established by the University disseminate the culture of the quality of training and self-assessment within the CSD analyse teaching evaluation questionnaires, Almalaurea questionnaires and other sources of information (e.g. questionnaires from institutions or host companies) monitor student careers. analyse the report of the School Joint Commission, working in concert with the CoS representatives for the Commission itself.
