If you would like to report: observations on teaching and student services problems to be reported to the governing bodies of your course you can do so by following the complaints reporting procedure. Remember that: the course of study ensures that reports are taken care of, verifies their substantiation, assigns them to the appropriate management bodies, and assures you a response within a defined time the course ensures the systematic recording and analysis of reports for the purpose of implementing appropriate improvement and corrective actions no anonymous reports will be considered, nor will reports that do not state accurate and verifiable facts as the author of the report you will be protected against any form of discrimination or penalization and will be guaranteed absolute confidentiality. Your identity will not be disclosed, subject to legal obligations and the protection of UniGe 's rights. regarding complaints related to central facilities please refer to UniGe's procedure
How to submit the report For submission of problem reports or complaints you can:. write an email to didatticadime@unige.it hand-deliver the report to the DIME Education Office.. The report, in order to be considered, must contain the following information: student's last name, first name, and student number course of study, year of course/furlong course in which he/she is enrolled email phone (optional).. Reports of problems and complaints are handled jointly by the coordinator, the deputy coordinator and the instructional manager, who check the soundness of the report, analyze the problem and seek a solution, involving, only if necessary, the QA committee, other committees of the LSC and/or the CCS. The DIME Teaching Office communicates the outcome of the report or complaint to the reporter as soon as possible but no later than 30 days from the date of receipt of the report or complaint. The DIME Education Office files the report or complaint and its outcome for review and evaluation of the effectiveness of corrections.
