Course Council Coordinator

He is in charge of carrying out the functions assigned to him by the University Statute and the University Teaching Regulations:

Contact

The Course of Study (CdS) is equipped with a Quality Assurance (QA) system to keep the management processes under control.

Course of Study QA Committee

It deals with:

  • compiling and updating the Annual Single Form (SUA-CdS) and the Annual Monitoring Form (SMA)
  • .
  • edit the Cyclic Review Report (RCR) and monitor the progress of the proposed improvement activities
  • .
  • analyse teaching evaluation questionnaires, Almalaurea questionnaires, School Joint Commission reports
  • monitor student careers
  • .
  • monitor reports and requests from students, lecturers and technical-administrative staff
  • .
  • identify training demand and training objectives
  • develop the training pathway

Pedagogical educational programming technical commission - CTP

It deals with:

  • verify teaching facilities and student services
  • verify the CFUs in relation to the teaching load and progression through the semesters
  • revise admission requirements and arrangements for mid-term and final examinations
  • check the information in the teaching schedules
  • monitor the training course and organise it taking into account the needs of facilities and services
  • structure the training project
  • establish the assessment criteria for the final examination and the methods for assigning marks
  • identify the didactic methodologies suitable for the achievement of the didactic-educational objectives and monitor the results obtained with respect to the planned objectives
  • identify students admitted to the degree course with educational debts (OFAs)

  • organise remedial activities for OFAs

  • monitor the evaluation of teaching activities

Steering Committee

It deals with:

  • .

    facilitating and promoting relations between the university and the productive context, bringing university training courses closer to the needs of the world of work, collaborating in defining the needs of the social partners concerned

  • monitoring the adaptation of the curricula offered by the Study Courses on the basis of indications from the world of work

  • evaluate the effectiveness of employment outcomes

Responsible for internships, traineeships and job orientation

It deals with:

  • promoting, collecting and managing proposals for internship/internship activities
  • organising the collection of questionnaires and opinions of the organisations where placements and internships have been carried out
  • identify the sports/school structures and managers at which to activate the vocational courses
  • analysing the results of the evaluation questionnaires of the professionalising activities
  • verify the offer of professionalising practical activities

Traineeship Commissions

 

The LSC provides for the following tutors:

  • University tutors:
    • monitor the host companies/facilities
    • approve the training project report on the work placement
  • company mentors:
    • supervise the student during practical training activities

Website manager

  • gathering suggestions from students to improve content

Study guidance committee

It deals with:

  • organising orientation activities with schools and alternation school/work
  • .
  • organising the promotion activities of the School to the outside world
  • organise and coordinate orientation activities

The incoming orientation and tutoring activities are managed by a specific School committee. The functions and responsibilities are described in the SUA CdS (B5).

Commission for Student Choice Activities

Tutoring committee

It deals with:

  • coordinating reception tutoring and educational tutoring activities
  • check that tutors' activities and contact details are publicised
  • provide for the selection and training of reception and teaching tutors

The course of studies provides for support tutors, indicated in the SUA-CdS document, identified from among the teachers of the CdS and the School's teaching tutors.

Responsible

Responsible for international activities

It deals with:

  • coordinating students in the Erasmus+ programme or other international programmes
  • promoting the internationalisation of the School through outgoing promotional activities and faculty mobility
