The course in brief
Presentation
The bachelor's degree program provides a broad-based mathematics education with the goal of providing a solid background in both theory and the applications of mathematics to other disciplines.
Learning by doing
Teachers of the teachings propose exercises that students carry out independently so as to test their preparation and strengthen their autonomy. Tutoring is provided for first-year teachings so as to support students and encourage group work. Part of the lectures are carried out in laboratories and computer classrooms where students can put into practice what they have learned in theory. With the professionalizing modules, they can have a first experience of the world of work.
Professional outlets
The natural outlet of the bachelor's degree is the continuation of studies with a master's degree, in most cases in the graduate class in Mathematics.
What you will learn
-
Imparerai...
A sviluppare le capacità di ragionamento
-
Algebra
Did you know that.

Contents
The degree program is divided into two curricula: General and Didactic Mathematics and Applied Mathematics. The first two years is common to both curricula and aims at the acquisition of basic knowledge of mathematics. In the third year, the basic preparation is completed with some teachings in common and others differentiated for the two curricula. As for that of General and Didactic Mathematics, the knowledge in the area of fundamental mathematics is deepened, while for that of Applied Mathematics, the skills in the area of modeling-mathematics and computational are deepened. There are, in addition, two elective teachings that allow to deepen the knowledge acquired in the first two years.
For students who intend to enter secondary teaching and science popularization professions, the curricula allow them to acquire credits in skills oriented to these professions, for a continuation of studies in the teaching curriculum of the Master's Degree.
