Cultural anthropology has today a different role that in the past. It should be useful to give different and crossing interpretative keys for the complexity of the today phenomena and in their perception. To get a different gaze, a different perspective allows tio analyze actuality in the light of other story tales and other visions ant to relativize the problems.
The course will give some basics about the history of the anthropological thinking and the basci instruments of the anthropological research. We shall meet different throries and applications of cultural anthropology. Particularly in the last part items as identity and new kind of racism will be afforded.
Verranno affrontate le diverse teorie ed applicazioni dell’antropologia culturale tanto nelle società tradizionali quanto nella nostra. In particolare, la parte finale del corso, porrà l’attenzione sulla tematica dell’identità e dell’insorgere dei razzismi.
