ADMINISTRATIVE LAW.
In addition to some elements of public law, the course is focused on a synthetic discussion of administrative law, with examples of institutes in this matter applied to the government of the territory (in particular, urban planning and construction).
PRIVATE LAW
Providing some introductory notions of private law, the course focuses on the main aspects of property rights, with particular reference to the regulation of private property, immissions and common goods.
The course has two main formative objectives: i) a sufficient knowledge of the discipline of property rights, contained in the third book of the Italian Civil Code; ii) a critical analysis of some open problems, because of the indispensable connection between Italian and Euro-Unitarian regulations.
