The final exam will include the discussion of a clinical case and oral questions to further explore the topics covered during the lessons and practical laboratory activities.
Successful completion of the course is assessed by the student's mastery of the fundamentals of mycology, the use of mushrooms in the Mediterranean diet, nutritional needs, and dietary recommendations for ensuring proper nutrition for patients with medical conditions or hospitalization. The aim is to assess the degree of learning, autonomy, ownership of language and ability to summarize achieved by the student.
