OVERVIEW

The integrated course Individual Sports combines theory and practice through five modules: Judo, Athletics, Gymnastics Disciplines, Racket Sports, and Endurance Sports.
The course aims to develop motor, technical, and teaching skills in individual sports, with particular attention to educational, methodological, and relational aspects relevant to professional contexts in sports and physical education.

The course contributes to students’ basic training in individual sports by providing theoretical knowledge and technical-practical skills necessary for planning, conducting, and evaluating physical and sports activities.

Students are expected to have basic theoretical and practical knowledge acquired during the first-year course Methods and Didactics of Motor and Sports Activities, as well as general motor skills.

EXAMS

EXAM DESCRIPTION

To be admitted to the integrated exam, students must have attended at least 70% of the technical-practical activities (TPA) of each module that includes them:

  • Judo
  • Athletics
  • Gymnastics disciplines
  • Racket sports

The integrated exam consists of a written test in the form of multiple-choice questions (only one correct answer), which will take place in the computer lab at the Savona Campus via the Aulaweb platform.

The test is structured as follows:

  • questions are divided by discipline: Athletics, Gymnastics disciplines, Judo, Racket sports, Endurance sports, and a transversal section dedicated to sports in general
  • a specific time limit is assigned to the exam

The assessment verifies the achievement of learning outcomes through:
