OVERVIEW

Splitting A-L

Comparative Private and Public Law is divided into two modules, comprising 9 CFU, 54 hours (64927) and 3 CFU, 18 hours (67106) respectively. The aim of the first module is to introduce students to the main legal systems belonging to legal traditions other than the Italian one, as well as to provide them with the tools to interpret them correctly. The second module explores, from a comparative perspective, a significant topic in contemporary public law.

The final mark will be calculated as a weighted average (3/4 + 1/4) of the total marks obtained in the two modules, with lecturers having the discretion to increase the final mark in cases of outstanding performance.

NB: for further details, please refer to the specifications set out in the course descriptions for each module
