Committees and delegates

Course Council Coordinator

He is in charge of carrying out the functions assigned to him by the University Statute and the University Teaching Regulations:

  • coordinates the committees and persons in charge of Course of Study activities
  • convenes the CdS Council
  • approves the SUA-CdS, SMA and RCRs

The Course of Study (CdS) is equipped with a Quality Assurance (QA) system to keep management processes under control.

Course of Study QA Committee

It is in charge of:

  • compiling and updating the Single Annual Report Card (SUA-CdS) and the Annual Monitoring Form (SMA)
  • editing the Cyclic Review Report (RCR) and monitoring the progress of proposed improvement activities
  • analyzing teaching evaluation questionnaires, Almalaurea questionnaires, reports of the School Joint Committee

  • monitor students' careers

  • monitor reports and requests from students, faculty and administrative technical staff

  • identify the training demand and training objectives
  • develop the training course

Pedagogical educational programming technical commission - CTP

It is responsible for:

  • verify teaching facilities and student services
  • verify CFUs in relation to teaching load and progression in semesters
  • revise access requirements and arrangements for midterm and final examinations
  • check the information in the teaching records
  • monitor the training course and organize it, taking into account the needs of facilities and services
  • structure the training project
  • establish the evaluation criteria for the final test and the methods for assigning scores
  • identify the teaching methodologies appropriate for the achievement of didactic objectiveseducational objectives and monitor the results obtained with respect to the planned objectives
  • identify students admitted to the CdS with educational debts (OFAs)
  • organize remedial activities for OFAs

  • monitor the evaluation of teaching activities

Steering Committee

It is responsible for:

  • expressing the needs from society and the world of work and culture
  • providing an opinion between the consistency of the course of study and specific training activities with the demand for training

  • propose actions to coordinate the educational activities of the CdL with health facilities in the area

Responsible for internships, traineeships and job orientation

It is in charge of:

  • promoting, collecting and managing proposals for internship/internship activities
  • organizing the collection of questionnaires and opinions of the institutions at which internships and placements have been conducted

  • identify the sports/school facilities and managers at which to activate professionalizing frequencies

  • analyze the results of the evaluation questionnaires of professionalizing activities

  • verify the adequacy of the provision of professionalizing practical activities

The CdS provides for the following tutors:

  • the university tutors:

    • monitor the host companies/structures

    • approve the report of the training projects on the internship

  • the company tutors:

    • supervise the student during the practical internship activities

  • Website manager

    It is responsible for:

    • updating and verifying the information on the study course website
    • checking that transparency requirements are met

    • gathering suggestions from students to improve content

    Study guidance committee

    She is in charge of:

    • organizing orientation activities with schools and school/work alternation
    • organizing the promotion activities of the CoS to the outside world

    • organize and coordinate orientation activities
    .

    Inbound guidance and mentoring activities are managed by a specific committee of the School. The functions and responsibilities are described in the SUA CdS framework (B5).

    Responsible for coordinating class schedule and exams

    It is responsible for:

    • managing class schedules so as to avoid overlapping

    • optimize the distribution of exams according to propaedeuticity constraints, in consultation with the coordinators of integrated teachings (so-called "integrated courses")

    Tutoring committee

    She is responsible for:

    • coordinating the activities of reception tutoring and educational tutoring

    • check that tutors' activities and contact details
    are publicized.

    • provide for the selection and training of reception and teaching tutors

    The course of study provides for support tutors, indicated in the SUA-CdS document, identified from among the faculty of the CdS and the teaching tutors of the School.

    Responsible for international activities

    She is in charge of:

    • coordinating students in the Erasmus+ program or other international programs

    • promoting the internationalization of the LSC through outward promotional activities and faculty mobility

    Responsible for Departmental Quality Assurance (RAQ)
