If you intend to graduate by 31 March 2025 If you intend to graduate by 31 March 2025 (last graduation session of the 2023/24 academic year), you are not required to register for the 2024/25 academic year (outside the course of the old system or beyond the normal duration of the new system) and pay the corresponding student contribution. If, after graduation, you intend to continue your career, please note that: If you obtain your final degree by 28 February 2025 (or any earlier deadline set by the relevant teaching structures), you may enrol in the Master's degree programme for the academic year 2024/25 by 10 March 2025 (for enrolment deadlines, please consult the deadlines page); If you achieve your final degree after 28 February 2025, you will be able to enrol in the Master's degree starting from the academic year 2025/26. If you fail to graduate by 31 March If you are unable to graduate by 31 March 2025, you can enrol late in the 2024/25 academic year (outside the course of the old system/beyond the normal duration of the new system) by paying, also by that date: 1st payment (stamp duty and regional tax) 2nd instalment payable after payment of the 1st instalment with related indemnities for late payment By 20 June 2025 you will have to pay the3rd instalment (the balance of the university fee), which can be reduced by 50% if by 31 March 2025 you have passed all your profit exams and owe only the final or graduation exams. Starting from academic year 2024/25, all regularly enrolled students interested in the graduation of student contribution amounts will have to comply with the following new deadlines for submitting the DSU (Dichiarazione Sostitutiva Unica) for the purpose of issuing the university ISEE: from 1 January to 31 October 2024 > ordinary period from 1 November to 30 November 2024 > deferred period, with payment of a late fee of € 100.00 from 1 December to 31 December 2024 > period in arrears, with payment of a late fee € 200.00 Students regularly enrolled for the a.y. 2024/25, in order to obtain the rescheduling of the 2nd instalment (due 13 December 2024), will be required to self-certify their ISEE-U data to the University through the appropriate procedure on UNIGE's online services by 31 October 2024. The final and mandatory deadline for self-certification of income data will be 31 December 2024. Exemptions to the ISEE-U deadlines are provided for undergraduate students. If you are interested in recalculating your student contribution, we advise you to sign the Dichiarazione Sostitutiva Unica (DSU) by the ordinary deadline of 31 October 2024: in the event of late enrolment for the 2024/25 academic year (due to failure to complete your degree or continuation of studies), after having paid the first instalment (the online self-certification is reserved only for students enrolled in the current academic year), you will have the opportunity to self-certify online the ISEE-U data in order to obtain the recalculation of the regional fee and of the 2nd and 3rd instalments of the student contribution (any credits from the 2nd instalment will be offset against the 3rd instalment).
