AIMS AND CONTENT LEARNING OUTCOMES The first part of the course aims to provide the basis of general and organic chemistry to address Biochemistry, the second part of the course. The aim of this second part is both the acquisition of knowledge about the structure and function of proteins and enzymes proteins as the main pathways of carbohydrate, fat, and protein catabolism. TEACHING METHODS The course is done in blended. The lectures in presence are supported / supplemented by lectures recorded that the students can access online through the platform AulaWeb SYLLABUS/CONTENT PROPEDEUTICAL BIOCHEMISTRY solutions.
