Being able to drawn up a hospital dietetic plan and to evaluate the managing aspects of a collective food service. Be able to draft special diets in physiological and pathological conditions, in the nutrition of the expectant mother/newborn and in the developing age.
Any Student with documented Specific Learning Disorders (SLD), or with any special needs, shall reach out to the Lecturer(s) and to the dedicated SLD Representative in the Department before class begins, in order to liase and arrange the specific teaching methods and ensure proper achievement of the learning aims and outcomes.
Ricevimento: Student Reception Hours: The teachers, upon specific request from the students, will provide any reception times to answer any questions or doubts relating to the course. Times can be agreed directly with individual students or groups of students. Students are encouraged to take advantage of these opportunities for clarification, guidance and academic support.
