The University of Genoa provides you with three types of tutors, free of charge, who can help you enjoy your university experience. Host Tutor Have you just registered? Welcome tutors can help you settle into university life, navigate your way around the various University facilities, find useful information and fill out your study plan. Educational tutor Do you need advice or support in tackling certain exams? You can turn to the didactic tutors - students enrolled in a Master's degree course or at least in the fourth year of a single-cycle degree course - who, thanks to their experience, can give you insights and suggestions on study methods. Au pair tutor The au pair tutors can help you with one-to-one meetings to better organise your studies and prepare for exams.
Where and when to find tutors You can meet the tutors: on the first day at the presentation of your degree course at the freshmen's day, organised by your degree course in the classroom during the first lectures Information about tutor locations and contacts are published on the Find Your Tutor page.
Tutor teachers Tutor teachers are appointed by the course of study to offer assistance to students during their studies. In addition to carrying out their specific teaching duties, they facilitate the integration of freshmen into the university world and provide guidance to make their studies more effective and productive.
