Course Council Coordinator

It deals with:

  • performs all the functions assigned by the University Statute and the University Teaching Regulations
  • convene the CCS and bring the SUA-CdS, the SMA, the RCRs
  • for approval
  • communicate to the ACS the results of all the activities carried out by the Commissions and the various activity managers
  • .
  • coordinate the commissions and those responsible for the activities of the CdS

Course of Study QA Committee

The Course of Study (CdS) is equipped with a Quality Assurance (QA) system to keep management processes under control. 

It deals with:

  • compiling and updating the Annual Single Form (SUA-CdS)
  • within the established deadlines
  • analysing and compiling the Annual Monitoring Form (SMA)
  • .
  • edit the Cyclical Review Report and monitor the progress of the proposed improvement activities
  • .
  • analyse the reports and requests from students, lecturers, TA staff in accordance with the procedures established by the University
  • disseminate the culture of the quality of training and self-assessment
  • within the CSD
  • analyse teaching evaluation questionnaires, Almalaurea questionnaires and other sources of information (e.g. questionnaires from institutions or host companies)
  • monitor student careers

Teaching Commission

It deals with:

  • periodically reviewing the course of study on the basis of data and indications deriving from monitoring activities and organising its delivery, also taking into account the needs of facilities and services
  • verify the congruity between CFU and teaching load and the progression in semesters
  • carry out the harmonisation of the programmes of educational activities
  • revise periodically the access requirements and the modalities for intermediate and final examinations
  • check the completeness of the information in the teaching schedules
  • check the adequacy of teaching facilities and student services
  • .

Steering Committee

It is responsible for:

  • expressing the needs from society and the world of work and culture
  • providing an opinion between the consistency of the course of study and specific training activities with the demand for training

Contact person for students with disabilities or specific learning disorders

The contact person for disabled students or students with DSA, while actively collaborating with the CoS, operates at DAD level. Appointment and assignment of functions therefore take place at Department level.

He is in charge of collaborating with the Services Department for disabled students and students with DSA of the University in order to guarantee access to services for disabled students and students with DSA to those who request them, as provided for by art. 3 of the University Services Charter for disabled students and by Title III of the University Regulations for services to disabled students.

Responsible for internships, traineeships and job orientation

It is in charge of:

  • promoting, collecting and managing, proposals for internship/internship activities
  • organizing the collection of questionnaires and opinions of the entities at which internships and placements have been carried out
  • ororganizing activities to promote orientation to the world of work (meetings with companies, etc.)

It deals with:

  • managing class schedules so as to avoid overlapping
  • optimise the distribution of exam dates

Responsible for international activities

The Head of International Activities works in coordination with the Erasmus Commission of the DAD and the Internationalisation Commission of the Polytechnic School, of which he/she is a member.

He is in charge of:

  • promote and coordinate outgoing and incoming student mobility through all international mobility programmes
  • promote the mobility of lecturers and the internationalisation of the School through promotional activities abroad
  • coordinate the activities of the International Relations Office Architecture

The Quality Assurance Officer, while actively collaborating with the LOD, operates at the DAD level. Appointment and assignment of functions therefore occur at the Department level.

  • organizing in coordination with the Departmental or School Guidance Delegate and the University's Guidance Sector the guidance activities with schools and school/work alternation

  • organizing initial preparation testing activities
  • coordinating tutourism reception activities and educational mentoring
