Course Council Coordinator

He is in charge of performing the functions assigned to him by the University Statute and the University Teaching Regulations:

  • coordinates the committees and those responsible for the activities of the Course of Study
  • convenes the BoD Council
  • approves the SUA-CdS, the SMA and the RCRs
.

Guidance and mentoring committee/PCTO

It is responsible for:

  • organising the promotion activities of the School outwards
  • coordinating the activities of reception tutoring and didactic tutoring
  • organise with the School Guidance Delegate and the University's Guidance Sector the school-to-work alternation
  • collect and analyse the evaluations of secondary school students hosted by the ASL in the facilities
  • propose changes and/or updates of the activities carried out within the ASL
  • manage and update the ASL portal

  • managing post-graduate internships in cooperation with the Placement and Work Orientation Services Sector

Commission Admission Test

The committee deals with:

  • organising and managing the admission test, in collaboration with CISIA
  • predicting the material, with the collaboration of the Teaching Secretariat
  • carry out all the necessary operations on the days of the test, including supervision
  • publish the rankings

The Course of Study (CdS) is equipped with a Quality Assurance (QA) system to keep the management processes under control.

Course of Study QA Committee

It is responsible for:

  • compiling and updating the Single Annual Report Form (SUA-CdS) and the Annual Monitoring Form (SMA)
  • draw up the Cyclic Review Report (RCR) and monitor the progress of the proposed improvement activities
  • analyse the didactic evaluation questionnaires, the Almalaurea questionnaires, reports of the Joint School Committee
.

  • identify training demand and training objectives
  • develop the training course

It deals with:

  • reviewing teaching facilities and student services
  • reviewing CFUs in relation to teaching load and progression across semesters
  • revise the admission requirements and the modalities for intermediate and final examinations
  • check the information in the teaching schedules
  • monitor the training course and organise it taking into account the needs of facilities and services
