The activities of theAstraLab (Laboratory of Rural and Landscape Archaeology and History) for 2022-2023 are kicking off.
The first informational and kick-off meeting will be held at the Laboratory's headquarters at 59r Via del Campo
Tuesday, November 22 from 2:30 to about 5 p.m.
The research whose documentation and materials will be analyzed and reworked during the workshops will be presented and the different planned activities will be introduced.
It will be possible to participate in the workshop activities every Tuesday and Thursday (excluding holidays) from about 2:30 to 5:00 pm.
Starting with the documentation collected and constructed during the 2021-2022 surveys conducted by LASA researchers on European mountains, the workshop in November and December will focus on:
In the following months, activities will continue and will be complemented by fieldwork and activities to prepare for laboratory analysis of archaeobotanical finds and analysis exercises.
The Lab allows students to acquire 1 CFU by participating in 25 hours of activities or by participating in 15 hours of activities and writing a paper.
