An opportunity for the best students The Research Training Pathway (PFR) is aimed at the preparation and education of future researchers in the biomedical field and harmonizes studies in Medicine with a background in science through a step-by-step approach to the knowledge and clinical application of basic sciences. If you are a deserving and motivated student, the program is directed toward you and involves progressive participation in research activity that allows you to develop the ability to conceive and carry out an independent project.During the path you will learn:scientific rigormethodscritical skills and cultureso that you learn the correct approach to research problems and their solution.Teamwork and, in parallel, leadership will be fostered, with the aim of communicating passion for research, enhancing personal skills, highlighting any critical issues and areas for improvement, and developing independent judgment and scientific creativity.At the end of the training you will receive the Diploma Supplement: a certification of the work you have done.

How to participate To participate in the selective test, fill out the participation form (all. 1) and send it to the Secretariat of Medicine and Surgery by Friday, Feb. 21, 2020 at midday. Requirements You can participate in the competition if:in the academic year. 2019/20 you are a student enrolled for the first time in the 4th year of the single-cycle master's degree program in Medicineyou have acquired all the CFUs stipulated in your educational curriculum (from the 1st to the 3rd year of the program) by December 31, 2019you have an average gradeof not less than 27/30. Eligibility interview To assess your suitability an interview with a Coordinating Committee of the Research Training Pathway is scheduled.The interview will cover the following topics:use of common computer software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, ...)reading and understanding a portion of a recent scientific publication in English (drawn from among 3 possible publications)suitability interview with the committeeThe suitability interview for the 2019/20 RFP will take place during the week betweenMonday 2 and Friday 6 March 2020. The date and location will be posted soon in the Course News and Events section.N.B.No further communication will be sent to applicants. Admission ranking To allocate theavailable seats (24 maximum), the committee will draw up an admission ranking list which will be published by Friday, March 13, 2020 in the News and Events section of the course website. .
