From Friday, May 15 you have the opportunity to participate in the Laboratory of Entrepreneurship and Cultural Enterprise Creation, which will be held on the Microsoft Teams platform by Professor Lucio Argano.
Participation:
The laboratory aims to provide you with the knowledge, approaches and tools to act in the protection and enhancement of cultural heritage through entrepreneurial formulas.
The creation of new cultural organizations will be dealt with, according to recurring associative and corporate forms and through cultural business plans able to evaluate their effectiveness, opportunities, risks, spaces of intervention and sustainability over time.
At the same time, through project management, your ability to design will be stimulated, encouraging practices of conception, feasibility, planning, implementation and evaluation of cultural initiatives.
Characterized by frontal lectures alternating with case discussions, this workshop will pay attention, during the final verification, to the projects of the participants themselves.
