What is the study plan The study plan is the set of all the examinations you need to take in order to graduate. Your plan includes educational activities, including: teaching laboratories other activities curricular internships The sum of mandatory and optional activities constitutes your study plan. Consult the "Study Manifesto", which can be found on the course homepage in the Information box under Documents and which you can find on the page Manifesti degli studi (by selecting your course). The codes of the subjects to be included in the syllabus can be found in the Manifesto.
Compile the curriculum Access the online service If you are duly enrolled and have paid the fees, you can submit the study plan. Log in to the online service with your credentials and complete the plan. Aerial Modern Languages and Cultures Period of study plan compilation: from 16 September to 31 October 2024 1st reopening (only for students who did not submit their study plan between September and October): from 1 to 15 December 2nd reopening (only for students who have not submitted their study plan in previous programme openings): 15 to 22 January N.B. The procedure for completing the study plan is exclusively online. PAPER PLANS must NOT be handed in to any office.. Two types of curriculum Standard plan This is the plan that conforms to the Study Manifesto, i.e., adheres to what the course of study proposes for each year of enrollment. It does not have to be handed in/transmitted:after confirming it online, it will be automatically entered into your career in the days following the deadline for completion (early November). You cannot fill it out if: you wish to enroll part-time. you have received a CCS resolution for recognition of a previous career you want to change your curriculum choice you have already completed an individual plan in previous years you wish to change one or more teachings entered in previous years you wish to enter as a free-choice exam a teaching provided by a programmed access course Individual Plan (CampusOne) You do not need to send your individual study plan to the Student Desk. After validation, the plan will be forwarded ex officio to the relevant committee and entered into your career after approval by the Course of Study Council. You must complete it if: you wish to enroll part-time. you have received a CCS resolution for recognition of a previous career you want to change your curriculum choice you have already completed an individual plan in previous years you wish to change one or more teachings entered in previous years you wish to enter as a free-choice exam a teaching provided by a Programmed Access Course of Study. In this case, remember to ask the relevant Desk, also by e-mail, for the nullaosta that you will have to attach to the study plan. In fact, in the absence of the nullaosta, the study plan cannot be approved. You wish to submit a study plan that deviates from the requirements of the Manifesto. Remember to indicate in the notes, at the end of the compilation, the reasons behind your choice N.B.Remember to include the compulsory and optional subjects stipulated in the system you have enrolled in. If at the time of submitting your degree application, all of the prescribed subjects are not included in your plan, you will not be able to proceed with the degree. Support for the compilation of the curriculum If you have any difficulties in compiling your study plan, you can rely on the support of the students tutors ofModern Languages and Cultures.. For assistance in drawing up the study plan, please contact the contact person of the Study Plan Commission. Remember that: the deadline must be strictly adhered to in order not to risk exclusion from the winter session. if you have already entered all the subjects in your career, you do not have to fill in the plan, unless you intend to make changes. In order to change the syllabus, you must pay the fees for the new academic year. if you plan to graduate by the March session and therefore do not register for the new academic year, you cannot submit a new study plan. Exceptions to the 31 October deadline: if you have applied for recognition of exams from a previous career and are awaiting the recognition resolution. if you enrol in a Master's degree after October: you have an extension to compile your study plan up to 15 days after the enrolment date. The extension is granted automatically for the compilation of a standard study plan, while you will be able to compile a individual study plan during the opening periods indicated: from 1 to 15 December 2024 and from 15 to 22 January 2025 Part-time curriculum If you know you cannot devote full-time to your studies, you can choose to enroll part-time, with a decrease in the amount of tuition fees equal to the category of partiality you choose from: 1st category - up to 15 CFUs: pay a contribution equal to 25% of the amount due 2nd category - up to 30 CFUs: pay a contribution equal to 50% of the amount due To compile a part-time study plan you must access the compilation of an individual plan (Campusone). Each year, with the completion of the study plan, you can change the category, or decide to go back to full-time. Part-time enrollment is not allowed if: you have obtained plan approval for all the proficiency examinations in your course of study and final examination you submit a study plan by including only the final exam and/or additional extracurricular educational activities you unconventionally spread the CFUs required for the degree over a number of years equal to the normal duration of the course Study plan with recognition of previous career You will not have to fill out a standard study plan, but an individual plan (CampusOne) in the case of enrollment with exam recognition resolution as a result of: passage option from old to new system transfer from another university second degree You will be able to fill out the individual study plan only when the Student Registrar's Office sends you the recognition resolution. If you go beyond the deadline for completing the study plan, you will have to request an extension at the Student Desk The validated teachings, as well as any exams included in the resolution as additional educational obligations (i.e., exams to be taken as a supplement to teachings that have been recognized), do not have to be included in the plan since the insertion will be done automatically by the Student Secretariat. Out-of-course and old-order students Off Course If you are enrolled out of course (with full 180/120 CFU plan) and wish to make changes to your study plan, you must: Fill out an individual plan (Campusone). Select the exam(s) entered in previous years that you wish to remove Enter substitute ones in the current a.y.. Ignore the warning that the credits entered may be insufficient and confirm the plan. Out of course old system If you are enrolled out of course in an old system DM509/99, you can continue your studies according to the former system or, if you wish, you can apply for a transfer to the new course of study (DM 270) by contacting the Student Practices Committee for advice (see Student Manifesto, Appendix, 6). If you wish to make changes to your study plan while maintaining enrollment in the former system, you must: Fill out an individual plan (Campusone). Select the exam(s) entered in previous years that you intend to remove Insert substitute ones Ignore thewarning that the credits entered may be insufficient and confirm the plan. N.B.You cannot select part-time enrollment. Old four-year order If you are enrolled in the old four-year system and would like to make changes to your study plan, you cannot fill out the plan online. You have to use the study plan modification form and draw from the list of courses activated in the current academic year taking into account that 6CFU=semester exam 9/12CFU=annual exam Remember to email it to the Student Desk by the deadline. Change the curriculum As a rule, it is possible to change the study plan in the deadlines indicated, at the same time as filling in the plan for the following year. You will need to access the compilation of an individual plan, select the examinations entered in previous years that you wish to remove, then add the replacement ones along with all the others scheduled for the new academic year. In well-founded cases, you may request a modification of the study plan for your degree course in the area of Modern Languages and Cultures by submitting the request form exclusively by e-mail by February. Fractionation change Some courses in the area of Modern Languages and Cultures are subdivided into fractions according to the initial of the students' surnames (read the Study Manifesto of your course, Appendix 7). You may not move independently from one subdivision to another and changing subdivisions is only permitted in exceptional cases. You must request permission from the teacher of the: destination fractionation origin fractionation Explain exactly what time overlap (or other serious reason) is forcing you to move. Remember to send the via email the application for a split change to the student counter.. For more help, read:. the instructions to filling out a standard study plan the instructions to filling out an individual study plan Cases of blocking or suspending the curriculum in the event of a failed initial examination, the inclusion of the first-year study plan will be blocked. in the event of an OFA (if you did not pass the initial assessment), the inclusion of your second-year study plan will be blocked. in the case of failure to complete the previous year's annual didactic evaluation questionnaire, which is compulsory for students enrolled in the current year (Course of Study Questionnaire Languages and Modern Cultures). in the case of an English B1 Test not taken or not passed, the insertion of the syllabus will be blocked (if code 55870 ENGLISH LANGUAGE I was entered as language of study or third language). in the case of the insertion of two years of the same language, in the absence of the authorisation of the teacher of the most advanced level of language teaching. in the absence of regular enrolment for the current academic year.
